摘要
将参数化设计技术应用于轴类零件设计,通过设计参数来驱动轴颈尺寸,简化轴模型的设计与修改操作,并可以提高成组产品的设计效率。该系统基于Solid Edge软件,利用VB进行了二次开发研究,实现了轴的参数化设计,提高了轴的设计效率及质量。
Solid Edge is used as the developing platform, the customized research about the parametric design technology of shaft parts has been made based on VB. The model design and the modification of the shaft operation are simplified by the design parameters to drive shaft neck and its size, and the design efficiency of the product group can be improved. The parametric design technology of shaft parts can improve the efficiency and quality of shaft design.
