Study on China mainland policy and mechanism for Taiwan agricultural products trade

从祖国大陆对台农产品贸易政策分析入手,总结现有贸易优惠措施的成效与特征,并结合当前影响大陆对台农产品贸易的主要因素,提出促进大陆对台农产品贸易机制化的政策建议:(1)巩固和优化对台采购措施;(2)遵循扬长避短原则进行差异化经营;(3)逐步探索与开放台湾深加工农产品准入;(4)积极构建台湾农产品信息服务机制;(5)探索实施更加便捷的检验检疫措施;(6)加强两岸农业合作园区农民与企业的辅导。

This article analyzes the mainland policy for Taiwan agricultural trade and summarizes the effectiveness and characteristics of the existing trade concessions as veil as brings forward suggestions on the mechanism establishment for Taiwan agricultural trade based on the main factors currently affecting the mainland policy to Taiwan agricultural trade. The suggestions include as follows. （ 1 ） Consolidate and optimize procurement measures. （ 2 ） Operate the differential management following the principle of fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses. （ 3 ） Gradually explore and open access for deep-prccessed agricultural products from Taiwan. （4） Actively build Taiwan agricultural information service mechanism. （5） Explore and carry out more convenient inspection and quarantine measures. （ 6 ） Strengthen the counseling for farmers and enterprises of cross-Straits agricultural cooperation park.
