摘要
分析新生代农民工的大众媒介供给缺失现状,从成本收益、社会阶层、公共产品、城乡二元结构等角度深入剖析其深层次原因,并进一步提出相应的对策建议:(1)挖掘新生代农民工的媒介需求价值,把握媒介经营成本与收益的张力;(2)履行大众媒介应有的社会责任,增强新生代农民工的媒介意识;(3)加大社会投入,为新生代农民工的媒介接触提供便利条件;(4)以政府为主体,建立涉农传媒产品的供给投入模式。
The lack of supply of the mass media for the new generation of migrant workers is analyzed. And its deep causes are explored in the regards of cost-benefit, stratum, public products, dual economic structure of urban and rural areas. Accordingly the countermeasures are proposed as follows. ( 1 )Excavate the media demand value of the new generation of migrant workers and grasp the tension of media management costs and benefits. ( 2 ) Perform the proper social responsibility of mass media and enhance the new migrant workers' media consciousness. ( 3 ) Increase social investment to offer convenience for the new generation of migrant workers'media contacting. (4) Taking the government as the main body to establish the supply input mode of agricultural media products.
