农民工市民化的文化环境构建探析

Analysis of the construction of cultural environment for citizenization of migrant workers

分析了农民工市民化进程中文化环境存在的问题以及制约农民工市民化的文化环境原因,提出了构建农民工市民化文化环境的若干对策:(1)帮助农民工确立自我认同感,创新自我认同方式;(2)将农民工文化生活纳入政府公共文化管理范围;(3)加强新闻媒体的宣传力度,增加社会的认同度和包容度;(4)推进体制改革,确保农民工参与社会文化活动的权利;(5)加强法律教育培训,增强农民工的法律意识。

The problems existing in the cultural environment in the process of citizenization of migrant workers are analyzed and the cultural environment factors to restrict the citizenization of migrant workers have been discovered, accordingly several countermeasures are proposed for the construction of cultural environment for citizenization of migrant workers. （1 ） Help migrant workers establish their awareness of self-identity and innovate their style of self-identity. （2 ） Bring migrant workers＇ cultural life into administration of public culture by government.（ 3 ） Strengthen the publicity by media and increase the identity and acceptance in society. （4） Accelerate the institution reform and guarantee the migrant workers＇ fights to participate in social cultural activities.（5） Strengthen law education and training and foster the migrant workers＇ of law.
