摘要
新课程的实施使得教学观念发生转变,教师角色发生转变,课堂教学中的生成凸显,但课堂教学中学生的生成,没有引起广大教师的足够重视,课堂中学生的生成是最有效的课程资源.教师应该在教学的预设、教学的过程、教学的反思中关注学生的生成.教学生成没有受到足够重视的原因主要是对新课程的理念理解不到位,知识储备不足,教育机敏有待提高.教师应进一步加强新课程理念的理解,进一步拓宽知识面,提高捕捉和利用课堂生成资源的能力.
The implementation of the new curriculum makes both the teaching concepts and teachers" roles change, and the students'actual performances in classroom teaching are in the highlights. But the majority of teachers did not pay enough attention to the students" actual performances in classroom that are the most el- fective curriculum resources. Teachers should focus on the students" actual performances in teaching design, process and reflection. Lacking of enough attention to them is mainly due to understandings of the new curriculum that doesn't reach the designated position and the knowledge reserves are insufficient, so education alertness should be improved. The teachers should further strengthen the understandings of new curriculum concept and further broaden their knowledges and improve the capacity of capturing and using classroom resources.
