大学生奖助学金评审中存在的问题与对策——以曲靖师范学院为例

近来来，国家不断加强大学生资助体系建设，对大学生的奖助学金投入逐年增加．但是，由于评审标准和经济发展水平的差异，各地在执行大学生资助政策过程中存在一些问题，就其原因主要是政策宣传不到位、诚信原则缺失、评审时间紧张、评审条件模糊、受人际关系和不良风气影响、学生心理失衡、不利于自立自强等．为此，应通过加大政策宣传力度、建立诚信教育机制、合理安排评审时间、完善评审条件、强化优良班风学风建设、做好学生心理疏导工作、培养学生自立自强的精神等对策措施，以保障学生奖助学金评审有序开展．

The government has invested more and more as the scholarship and student subsidies to develop the student - aid system. There are some problems, however, for carrying out the student - aid policy due to different granting methods and economic levels. The problems are resulted from inadequate publication of the policy, dishonest conducting, urgent granting time, unclear granting criterion, effect from ill conducting, and the student＇s imbalanced psychology. The corresponding measures as strengthening the publication of the policy, establishing credit system, adequate granting time and well - developed granting method are taken to secure the scholarship and student subsidies granting.
