在医院的管理中,人才流失对医院的影响和作用不可忽视。本文结合作者医院的实际情况,从人才流失的现状分析对医院的影响,从人才流失的原因寻找人才流失的对策,鼓励医院可以利用这个机会建立更精干,结构更合理的专业技术队伍,提高竞争力,为医院的发展打下坚实基础。
In the management of hospitals, the influence and consequences of brain drain cannot be ignored. This article, taking the hospital where the author works as a case, analyzes the impact of brain drain on hospitals based on its current situation and seeks for the brain drain in the light of its reasons. This article encourages hospitals to take the opportunity of brain drain to streamline and form more reasonable technical personnel structure to sharpen the competitive edge and lay a solid foundation for the development of the hospital.
