摘要
卫生部颁布的《三级综合医院评审标准(2011年版)》和《医院评审暂行办法》规定三级医院在评审中必须进行社会评价,患者作为医院服务质量的重要评价主体,其满意度是社会评价的主要内容,通过研究患者满意度的概念、分类和调查方式,分析满意度调查的内容、作用和存在的难点,提出相应的建议,探讨患者满意度调查在三级医院评审中的重要作用。
"The Third Level General Hospital Accreditation Standard (2011)" and "Interim Measures for Hospital Accreditation" promulgated by the Ministry of Health demand social assessment as an indispensible part for the accreditation of third level hospitals. Patients' satisfactory rate is a main content of social assessment for patients' important role of evaluator. Through the study of the concept, classsfication, and survey method of patients' satisfactory rate, the analysis of contents, function and remaining difficulties in satisfactory survey, and the important role of patients' satisfactory survey in the accreditation of thrid level hospital, we propose corresponding advices.
