Information service center, as a good communication platform for doctors and patients, provided much convenience for people' s access to health service, could collect patients' opinions and advice timely, and thus could correct some mistakes, improve the rules and regulations of hospitals and make sure that patients is more satisfied. As a result, the service quality was improved and the work efficiency increased.
