创新医院文化建设应将着眼点、着重点、着力点放在确定医院经营理念和发展战略,培育医院精神,强固员工素质,塑造医院形象,树立医院品牌等无形资产上来赢得社会信誉度、美誉度和品牌效应,进一步促进医院和谐和医患和谐,使医院健康、快速发展。
Innovation in hospital culture shall focus on increasing the hospital' s intangible assets so as to pursue better reputation and brand effect. Such assets include but are not limited to management principles, development strategies, hospital spirits, staff quality and hospital image and brand. The innovation shall further harmonize the relationship between staff and relationship between doctors and patients, ultimately helping the hospitals develop healthily and rapidly.
