摘要
《劳动合同法》正式实施以来,事业单位编制外用工管理出现了许多难点。公立医院作为编制外用工"大户",近年来,管理缺位、人才流失等问题频频困扰管理者。本文旨在分析公立医院编制外用工管理现状的基础上,明确存在的问题,为建立合理高效的用人机制,进一步提高公立医院人事管理水平,提出可行建议。
After the official implementation of the Labor Contract Law,there had been many difficulties in the personnel management of nonstaff workers of non-profit institutions in China.Public hospitals,which are in need of great number of non-staff workers,are faced with absence of person in charge,brain drain and other problems in recent years.The article aims to analyze the current situation of personnel management of nonstaff workers in public hospitals,find the existing problems and put forward feasible suggestions to establish a reasonable and efficient employment mechanism and further improve personnel management ability in public hospitals.
