摘要
随着我国医疗卫生事业的迅速发展和人事制度改革的深入,越来越多的编外用工成为医院发展中人力资源的重要部分,而劳务派遣作为一种全新的编外用工模式,它在保证医院医疗业务正常开展和持续发展的同时也存在一定的弊端。冷静地看待、分析和妥善地解决存在的问题必将对医院的发展产生深远的影响。
With the rapid development of medical and health services and reform of the personnel system,more and more non-staff workers became an important part of human resources in the development of hospital.As new employment system of non-staff workers,labor dispatch can ensure the normal operation of medical affairs and development of hospital,but it has its own disadvantages.Calmly observing,analyzing and properly solving the existing problems will have a profound impact on the development of the hospital.
