摘要
根据风景园林硕士应用型、复合型专业人才培养的特点,推行导师团队联合培养,有利于培养研究生的创新能力,提高研究生培养质量。依据风景园林硕士人才知识结构的要求制定培养方案,由跨学院多学科的教师组成导师团队,通过健全管理制度、定期举行学术交流等措施保障该培养模式的健康发展。
The MLA Program aims at cultivating applied and compound talents. According to this feature, the development of a multi-tutor mode for cultivating postgraduate students is beneficial to fostering the students' innovation ability and enhancing their professionalism. It means to develop a training program according to the demand of knowledge structure for landscape architecture masters and to organize supervisor teams made up of teachers with muhi-academy and interdisciplinary background. Through the measures such as perfecting the management system and holding academic exchanges regularly, a healthy development of the training mode is guaranteed.
