独立学院大学生学习愉悦指数评价指标体系的构建

摘要 基于独立学院本科生的特点,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、主体因素、外部环境5个方面精选出37个具体指标,构建了大学生学习愉悦指数(CSLPI)评价指标体系。独立学院只有准确定位各专业的人才培养目标,科学设置各专业课程体系,创新现代化教学模式,调动学生和教师的积极性,改善学生学习的外部环境,大学生学习愉悦度才会大幅提高,学生才会主动地学并乐在学中,从而最大限度地将学习潜力激发出来,学生的个人综合素质才会得到提高。 This paper carefully selects 37 specific indicators, from five aspects of talents training: target, curriculum system, teaching mode, individual factors, and external environment to construct an evaluation index system of college students' learning pleasure index ( CSLPI ). Independent colleges should first of all locate the training goal of the specialized talent accurately, to set up the professional curriculum system scientifically, to innovate the modern teaching mode, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and teachers, to improve the external environment of student learning. In this way, college students' learning pleasure index will rise substantially, and students will learn actively and get the joy from learning so as to maximize the learning potential of the students, and improve the individual all-round quality to deal with the competitiveness of employment and do pioneering work independently.
