摘要
利用广东、福建等10省802位农民工的调研资料,应用probit模型分析方法,对影响农民工技能教育的影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明:农民工的文化程度、收入状况、从事行业以及农民工的在岗时间对农民工技能教育有重要影响。这一结论,可以为农民工技能培训提供相应政策建议。
Based on the survey of 802 rural migrant workers coming from ten provinces such as Guangdong and Fujian, an empirical study on the skills training needs of the new generation of migrant workers and their influencing factors was carried out by the means of Probit model. The results showed that their education level, income level, service industry and their working time have important effect on their skills training needs, whereas their age, working area, work nature, and working motivation show negative correlation with the skills training needs. The present paper put forward some suggestions on the migrant workers' skills training.
