银川市民族关系现状及对策研究

银川市是一个多民族的城市,民族关系复杂而典型。用居住格局、少数民族就业与教育、文化的融汇整合、民族通婚四个变量来分析衡量银川市的民族关系状况;民族关系特点体现在经济利益、民族意识增强、民族关系辐射范围广三个方面;影响银川市民族关系的因素主要有政治因素、经济因素、文化差异因素、宗教信仰因素;发展银川市和谐民族关系的对策包括:加快少数民族经济发展;注重方式方法,妥善解决影响民族关系的事件;加强少数民族干部的培养选拔和使用。

Yinchuan is a multi-ethnic city.The ethnic relations is complicated and typical.The living pattern,minority employment and education,cultural integration of ethnic intermarriage,four variables to analyze the measure of the national relationship of Yinchuan city status;ethnic relationship characteristics reflected in ethnic disputes in economic interests,national consciousness,national relationship between radiation range three aspects;influence factors of relationship among nationalities in Yinchuan political factors,economic factors,cultural differences,religious factors in Yinchuan city;development countermeasure for harmonious national relations include： speeding up the economic development of the ethnic minorities;pay attention to processing method properly solve the effect of ethnicity on the relationship between events;strengthening the education of minority cadre selection and use.
