术中超声在颅内病灶切除中的应用

Application of intraoperative ultrasound in resection of intracranial lesions

目的探讨术中超声在神经外科手术中的应用价值。方法术中在硬膜外及硬膜下应用超声定位,实时确定病灶的位置,选择皮层切口及手术路径,并实时判定病灶术中切除程度。结果全部病灶术中超声定位准确,准确率达100%,其中病灶全切32例,次全切4例,无死亡病例。结论术中实时超声能准确显示肿瘤的位置和范围,有助于术中定位,并判断手术切除程度,减少不必要的正常脑组织损伤。

Objective To evaluate the value of intraoperarive ultrasound in neurosurgery. Methods Ultrasound locatization was used to detect the real-time position of brain lesion, to select surgical path and to analyse resection degree in subdural and epidural. Results All lesions of intraoperative ultrasound-targeted achieved accurate positioning. Total lesion resection in 32 cases, subtotal resection in 4 cases and no deaths. Conclusion We can get the exact location and precise scope of brain lesion with intraoperative ultrasound. B-mode ultra- sound is helpful for determine positioning and qualitation, reduce unnecessary damage of the normal brain tissue.
