摘要
目的探讨Sky椎体成形器治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果。方法 2008年以来应用Sky椎体成形器治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折30例,40个椎体,按Genant分级一级19个椎体、二级9个椎体、三级12个椎体。有外伤史18例、无外伤史12例。对手术前后疼痛程度,脊柱的后突角度及并发症进行观察。结果 VAS评分由术前(8.4±2.1)分降低到术后(3.2±0.8)分;Cobb’s角由27°±8.2°减小到8°±4.3°;P值<0.05,有统计学意义。仅2例椎体周缘有少许骨水泥渗出。术后平均随访4个月,所有患者疼痛症状均消失或有明显减轻,VAS评分(1.8±0.9)分,无椎体高度丢失。结论 Sky椎体成形器对骨质疏松性压缩骨折有良好治疗效果,且并发症较少,具推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy with Sky bone expander system to treat the vertebral osteoporotic compression fractures. Methods The 30 patients (40 vertebras) suffering osteoporotic compression fractures from 2008, including trauma 18 cases and 12 cases without injury, which were 19 I grade ,9 Ⅱ grade, and 12 m grade on basis of the Genant classification, were preformed the Sky vertebral kyphoplasty. Pain indexes and Kyphosis angles were measured in pre-operation and post-operation. Results VAS scores decreased from 8. 4 ±2.1 to 3.2 ± 0.8 and Cobb' s angles were from 27°±8.2° to 8° ± 4.3° ( P 〈 0.05 ). Only 2 cases appeared less bone cements leakage. Pains of all patients disappeared or alleviated after average 4 months followup. No vertebral height loss happened. Conclusion Sky bone expander system has fine clinical efficacy to treat the osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and less com- plications.
