HIV感染者血清IL-1α、IL-7、IL-12和IL-15水平的变化及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察HIV感染者血清IL-1α、IL-7、IL-12和IL-15水平的变化。方法:采用ELISA法检测20例HIV感染者及20例健康体检者血清IL-1α、IL-7、IL-12和IL-15水平。结果:HIV感染者血清IL-1α、IL-7、IL-15水平显著高于正常对照组(P均<0.01),IL-12水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:HIV感染者血清IL-1α、IL-7、IL-12和IL-15水平发生明显变化,可用于HIV感染者病情的评估和预后判断。
