LC-MS/MS法测定猪肝中盐酸克仑特罗残留量的不确定度评估

Evaluation of the Uncertainty in Determination of Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Residue in Pork Liver by LC-MS/MS

对液相色谱-串联质谱法测定猪肝中的盐酸克仑特罗残留量的不确定度进行了评估,分析了不确定度来源,分别评估了A类和B类不确定度。按照国际通用方法对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,结果表明,标准曲线拟合线性方程是不确定度的主要来源。

The uncertainty in the determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride residue in pork liver by LC-MS/MS was evaluated. The uncertainty sources were analyzed. The uncertainties of type A or type B were evaluated respectively. According to the international general method, the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended, respectively to obtain the uncertainty evaluation. The results showed that the fitted linear regression equation for the calibration curve was the main source of uncertainties.
