摘要
射线检测系统中,焊缝位置主要通过现场人工测量的方法定位。由于定位精度不高,该种方法常不能保证底片的正确粘贴,降低其准确度,从而导致焊缝影像不合格,需要进行多次返工。通过对霍尔元件与磁场分布现象的研究,设计的由霍尔元件,显示灯,单片机,显示屏,操作按钮和外壳等组成的检测系统,与传统检测设备相比该系统具有结构简单,性能稳定,精度高,能实现多种扩展功能的特点。通过样品生产与实践,表明该检测系统完全能够解决工程精确定位问题,其组成的检测仪器具有操作简单、便于携带、性能稳定、灵敏度高、成本低,易于实现大规模生产与应用等特点。
The research of the Hall elements and the distribution of magnetic fields indicates that the RT system composed of Hall Elements, display lamp, MCU, screen, functional buttons and external shell, compared with traditional inspection systems, has the characteristics of simpler structure, more stable performance, higher precision and expanded functions. The production and application of smaples verefy the system is qualified to solve the problems in engineering positioning. The in- struments consisting the RT system are easy to operate, carry and realize mass-production & mass-application, and has stable performance, high sensitivity and low cost.
