摘要 现今资源能源的危机与传统能源发电所造成的环境污染成为全球的一个重要问题亟待解决,太阳能光伏发电作为新能源发电的一种形式,具有广阔的发展前景。本文设计了3kW单相工频隔离型光伏并网逆变器。采用单相工频隔离型光伏并网逆变器为设计对象论述了光伏电池的工作原理和数学模型,应用PSIM软件、Matlab软件对系统进行仿真。验证了光伏电池输出特性与光伏等效电路及其数学模型的一致性,同时使并网电流与电网电压同频同相功能的实现得以验证。 The current resources and conventional energy crisis caused by environmental pollution is an important global issues to be resolved. The solar photovoltaic power generation, as a new form of energy, gradually has a broad development prospect. The 3 kW single-phase power frequency isolated photovoltaic inverter was designed. The system simulation was performed with PSIM and Matlab softwares. The working principle and mathematical models of photovoltaic cell are dis- cussed. The conformity of the output characteristics and mathematical models of the photovoltaic cell were verified. The func- tion of the synchronism between the net current and grid voltage was validated.
