Intelligent Dispatching System for Shanghai Power Grid

介绍了上海电网提出的以构建电网安全防控体系、调度协同管理体系、新能源接入管理体系、技术应用发展体系为基础的上海特大城市电网智能调度体系总体架构。阐述了智能调度体系建设的必要性,详细介绍了在多维度的监视预警等8个方面开展的第一阶段建设的研究与实践。

This paper firstly outlines the overall framework of intelligent dispatching system for Shanghai metropolitan power grid, aimed as the platform for grid security prevention and control, coordinated dispatching management, new energy accessing management, and technical application and development. Then it highlights the necessity of intelligent dispatching system construction, and elaborates the research and practice of the first-stage construction in eight fields, including muhi-dimentional monitoring and early warning, etc.
