摘要
随着电网的高速发展,调度监视的信息量日趋庞大,如何对繁多的告警信号进行合理分层、分流处理是一项复杂的工作。系统讨论了上海电网的实际情况及智能告警系统在上海电网应用的现实意义。通过合理配置,能大幅提高运行监控人员的监视效率和调度员的故障处理水平,保障电网安全稳定运行。
With the rapid development of power grid, the amount of information for dispatching monitoring system be- comes even huger. It is a complicated task to categorize and process a wide variety of alarm signals. This paper sys- tematically discusses the actual situation of Shanghai grid and the practical significance of the intelligent alarm system applied in Shanghai grid. It is concluded that the reasonable system configuration can improve monitoring efficiency and fault treatment level in order to ensure the safe and stable grid operation.
