摘要
磐安县10 kV配电线路网架结构抵御雷击、冰灾、台风等自然灾害能力较弱。分析了地区开关设备的现状,阐述了采用无线公用网通信技术要达到的目标。介绍了10 kV智能型开关设备使用的具体措施。结合磐安"十二五"电网规划和山区特点的配网实际,规划构建完善的配电信息管理平台促进配网管理。
The grid structure of Pan'an 10 kV distribution line is vulnerable in withstanding lightning, ice disaster, ty- phoons and other natural disasters. This paper analyzes the status quo of the switchgear applied in this region, and defines the target to be attained by applying wireless public network communication technology. Then specific meas- ures are introduced for the application of 10 kV intelligent switchgear. Finally, the platform of distribution information management has been planned in accordance with the 12th five-year plan of power grid construction in Pan'an, as well as the distribution network characteristics in mountain areas.
