超声检测技术在颈动脉狭窄诊断中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 颈动脉狭窄多由颈动脉粥样硬化斑块引起,常发生于颈总动脉分叉和颈内动脉起始处。颈动脉狭窄引起的脑卒中占缺血性脑卒中的15%,有作者认为在颈动脉狭窄〉70%的患者中,每年脑卒中发生率可高达13%。早期发现并快速、准确评估颈动脉狭窄的部位及程度,可以减少缺血性脑卒中的发生率。
