利培酮对流浪精神分裂症患者心电图影响的对照分析

Contrast analysis of electrocardiogram in vagrants with schizophrenia treated with risperidone

目的探讨利培酮对流浪精神分裂症患者心电图的影响,提高安全用药指数。方法采用自编调查表,回顾性调查我院单一服用利培酮治疗3个月以上的流浪精神分裂症患者和非流浪精神分裂症患者的病历资料,了解调查对象的心电图情况。结果根据入组标准,随机选择200例流浪精神分裂症患者为研究组,200例非流浪精神分裂症患者为对照组,两组对象的一般资料无统计学差异,利培酮治疗3个月后,研究组和对照组的心电图总的异常率分别为18%和15%,两组无统计学差异(χ2=0.653,P=0.419),而研究组的窦性心动过速发生率与对照组有统计学差异(χ2=4.114,P=0.043)。结论利培酮治疗流浪精神分裂症患者,心电图异常发生率与非流浪精神分裂症患者无明显差异,对心电图的影响小,能够作为常规治疗药物使用。

Objective To explore the effect of electrocardiogram （ECG） in vagrants with schizophrenia treated with risperidone to improve the safety and drug use index. Methods The medical records of vagrants and no vagrants with schizophrenia treated over 3 months with single risperidone in our hospital, were investigated retrospeetiely by own questionnaire. ECG of respondents was investigated mainly. Results According to the set of standard, 200 vagrants with schizophrenia were randomly chosen as the research group, and 200 no vagrants with schizophrenia were as control group. General material of objects between two groups was not statistically different. The abnormal ECG rate of the research group and the control group were 18% and 15% after treated 3 months with risperdone,and there was not statistical differences in the two groups（ χ2=0.653, P=0.419 ）. The rate of sinus tachycardia was statistical differences between the study group and control group （χ2=4.114, P= 0.043 ）. Conclusion The rate of abnormal ECG was not obvious differences between vagrants and no vagrants with schizophrenia treated with risperdone. The effect of ECG was small on vagrants of schizophrenia treated with risperdone. The risperdone cound be used for routine treatment drug.
