超声对浅表淋巴结病变的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasound in superficial lymph node lesions

目的探讨超声对浅表淋巴结病变的诊断价值,分析浅表淋巴结病变的主要超声特点。方法对我院2009年1月～2011年9月收治的转移性浅表淋巴结组26例、反应性增生淋巴结组31例和淋巴瘤组28例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者的超声表现,比较3组患者淋巴结长径/短径、淋巴结血流分布和淋巴门髓质部形态。结果淋巴结长径/短径、淋巴结血流分布和淋巴门髓质部形态3组患者之间存在一定差异,P<0.05。结论使用超声能够对浅表淋巴结病变有较好的鉴别价值,值得在临床应用。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound in superficial lymph node lesions and analyse ultrasonographic characteristics of superficial lymph lesions. Methods From Jan 2009 to Sep 2011, 26 cases of metastatic superficial lymph node, 31 cases of reactive hyperplasia of the lymph node and 28 cases of lymphoma patients were retrospectively analyzed, summarized in patients with ultrasound, compared three groups of patients with lymph node length-diameter/short-diameter,lymph nodes distribution of blood flow and lymphoma medulla forms. Results Lymph node length-diameter/short-diameter, lymph nodes distribution of blood flow and lymphoma medulla forms of some differences were among three groups of patients,through statistical analysis,P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of ultrasound in superficial lymph node lesions has good value in differentiating, worthy of clinical application.
