硫化物对菜油氢化催化剂中毒效应的研究 被引量:1

Effects of Sulfur Compounds on Catalyst During the Hydrogenation of Chinese Rapeseed Oil

摘要 采用封闭式间歇反应釜,E-472F镍催化剂,在选择性(190℃,1.5kgf/cm^2)和非选择性(160℃、6.0kgf/cm^2)氢化条件下对国产“双高”菜籽油(芥酸、硫含量均高,“有效硫”含量范围:5.3~29.7ppm)进行氢化,研究了菜油中硫化物对菜油氢化过程的影响,降低原油的硫含量可显著提高氢化反应速率,根据实验数据模拟回归出含硫菜油氢化反应速率的经验模型,模型计算值与实验值吻合良好,硫化物对S_(1,2)选择性系数的影响可忽略,但在选择性氢化时,原油的硫含量降低,S_(2,3)选择性系数减小,提高温度,降低压力有利于降低硫对镍催化剂的毒化作用。 Hydrogenation was carried out in a 'dead-end' type of batch reactor for Chinese rapeseed oil high in erucic acid and sulfur. The effcts of the sulfur compounds (RS: 5.3ppm-29.7ppm) to the rate of reaction and selectivity for hydrogenation under selective conditions (190℃ and 1.5kgf/cm2)and nonse-lective conditions (160℃ and 6.0kgf/cm2) were studied in this paper. When the level of sulfur compounds in oil increased, there was a decrease in reaction rate under above conditions and increase in selectivity 'S2, 3' under selectioe conditions, but the effect of sulfur compunds to selectiviy 'S1, 2' was little. The effect of hydrogenation conditions (T. and P.) to the poisioning of sulfur for catalysty has been studied also, this effect was more pronounced under no-nselective conditions than under selective conditions. The experimental model about rate of hydrogenation and the amounts of sulfur (RS) in Chinese rape-seed oil was found. The calculated values from the model was compared with the experimental values well.
