河南省义务教育均衡发展的现状与对策

Current Status and Strategies of Balanced Development in Compulsory Education in Henan Province

在调研的基础上,从科学发展观的维度解读了河南省义务教育事业的概况,比较系统地提出:明确教学目标,持续加大教育投入力度,合理调整校园布局,全方位实施素质教学等策略,为河南省各级政府有效地制定和执行政策提供参考依据,让城乡间、乡镇间、学校间都逐步实现均衡发展。

The ballanced development in compulsory education is the trend of education in the world and the core idea and concept of modern education. In recent years, the government of Henan Province is promoting and practising compulsory education. Based on the interpretation of compulsory education in Henan Province profile from the dimension of the scientific concept of development, this paper puts forward some strategies such as clarifying teaching objectives, continuing to increase investment in education and reasonable adjustment to the campus layout, all -round implementation of a quality nature of teaching in a more systematic manner, hoping to guide all levels of government in Hertan Province to effectively formulate and implement policies in order to gradually reach a situation of balanced development between urban and rural areas, towns, and schools.
