摘要 电站锅炉水冷壁管因磨损减薄导致爆管将影响锅炉的安全运行。应用远场涡流检测技术可以发现水冷壁管上的磨损减薄缺陷。介绍了远场涡流检测技术的原理和工艺要点。采用高性能涡流检测系统对电站锅炉水冷壁管进行远场涡流检测,取得了较好的效果。 The blow-out of water-cooled wall tube of plant boiler due to thinning may affect the safe operation of the boiler. The remote field eddy current testing technique may be used to detect the defects. The theory and procedure of remote field eddy current testing technique were presented. High-performance eddy current inspection system was used to test the water-cooled wall tube, and good results were achieved.
