摘要
文章认为 ,债务问题是深化国企改革进行制度创新的突破口。文章分析了国企高负债产生的历史原因 ,并对国企负债问题的解决进行了对策分析。
The paper considers that liabilities is breakthrough of further reforming state owned enterprises and innovating system. It also historical reason of high liabilities of state owned enterprises, and it analyses the solution of high liabilities of state owned enterprises.
