摘要
目的探讨饮食和运动干预在改善高尿酸血症患者不健康生活方式中的作用。方法对441例高尿酸血症患者进行饮食和运动干预,时间3个月。比较干预前后高尿酸血症患者不健康生活方式的改善情况和血尿酸变化情况。结干预后,患者不健康的生活习惯和饮食习惯明显得到改善;患者血尿酸平均(386.8±12.8)μmol/L低于干预前(475.7±35.6)μmol/L,干预前后比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 采取针对性的饮食和运动干预,可有效地改善高尿酸血症患者不健康饮食习惯和生活习惯,促进了疾病的康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary and exercise intervention on unhealthy lifestyle of hyperuricemia patients. Methods 441 cases of hyperuricemia patients were treated by dietary and exercise intervention for 3 months. The unhealthy lifestyle and the blood uric acid before and after intervention were compared. Results The unhealthy lifestyle and dietary habit of patients improved significantly after intervention. After intervention, the average level of blood uric acid was (386.8 ± 12.8) μmol/L, significantly lower than that of (475.7 ±35.6) μmol/L before intervention (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Dietary and exercise intervention can improve the unhealthy dietary habit and lifestyle of patients and lower the blood uric acid level significantly. Therefore, it can promote the recovery of disease.
