围裙式纱布在传统包皮环切术后伤口换药中的应用

Effect of fixation by apron-like gauzes on dressings after circumcision

目的观察围裙式纱布在传统包皮环切术后伤口换药中的应用效果。方法将126例实施传统包皮环切术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组按常规方法对伤口进行换药,实验组换药时采用围裙式纱布遮盖伤口,比较两组患者换药过程疼痛、恐惧程度和伤口愈合时间的差异。结果实验组患者换药过程疼痛和恐惧程度低于对照组,伤口愈合时间短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论 在传统包皮环切术后换药过程中应用围裙式纱布遮盖伤口,让患者达到舒适的护理效果,同时可有效缩短伤口的愈合时间,促进患者早日康复。

Obejctive To observe the effect of fixation by apron-like gauzes on dressings after circumcision. Methods 126 patients undergoing circumcision were evenly randomized into experiment and control groups. In the former group, the wounds in the patients were fixed with apron-like gauzes for dressings, while the dressing in the control group was conducted conventionally. The two groups were compared regarding pains at changing dressing, degree of tension and fear, and time for wound healing. Results The degree of tension and fear in the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but the time for wound healing significantly shorter than that of controls （for both, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion After circumcision, fixation with apron-like gauzes for dressings makes patients comfortable, shorten the duration for wound healing, and eventually propels the early recovery of the patients.
