摘要 对电机线棒进行了多因子老化试验 ,在不同的老化阶段 ,测试了线棒的介损 tanδ、电容、电流激增点等非破坏性和破坏性参数——剩余击穿电压。比较了非破坏性参数与剩余击穿电压的相关性 。 The nondestructive parameters of multi-factor aging test of motor stator bars, such as dielectric loss factor (tan δ ), capacitor (C) and the voltage at which charging current increases abruptly ( P i), are acquired by using Schering bridge and AC current method. Then the destructive parameter, namely residual breakdown voltage, is measured by breakdown test. Finally the correlation factors between these parameters and residual breakdown voltage were analyzed; Moreover the characteristic paramaters which were used to estimate the Epoxy/Mica insulation of stator windings are described.
