A Discussion on Public Security of Digital Arts

艺术的社会功用问题历来都是哲学家思考和政治家关注的重大社会问题。当下数字艺术的产生和迅速崛起从根本上改变了原子艺术长期以来建构起来的艺术生态和艺术秩序,引发了某些引起人们重大关切的社会公共安全问题,其中显在的有网瘾问题、网络文化低俗化问题、数字艺术知识产权保护问题等;潜在的有数字艺术催生的数字生存方式对人类生理和心理健康的影响等。阐明这些问题的技术机制和艺术机制将有助于数字艺术的健康可持续发展。

Public security of arts has always and seriously been concerned by philosophers and politicians. The rapid development of digital arts has been changing the ecology and the order constructed by the atomic art, and producing certain serious issues of public security. Among them, are overtly network addiction, vulgariza- tion of network-based art and culture, protection of digital intellectual property and so on, whereas potentially the impacts on human physical and mental health of the digitalized existence style and so on. It will contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of digital arts to clarify and expound its technological and artistic mechanism.
