精神发育迟滞患儿母亲生活质量的调查分析

Investigation about the Quality of Life on Mothers of Children with Mental Retardation

目的探讨精神发育迟滞患儿母亲的生活质量状况。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)对26例精神发育迟滞患儿母亲及与之相匹配的26例正常儿童的母亲进行评定。结果①精神发育迟滞患儿母亲GQOLI-74维度评分和总体生活状态评分均明显低于正常对照组(t=2.11,2.17,2.88,2.94,3.05;P均<0.05或<0.01),具有统计学意义,其中以躯体和心理功能尤为显著;②文化程度低的患儿母亲GQOLI-74维度评分和总体生活状态评分均低于文化程度高者,大部分因子和总体生活状态差异显著(t=2.08,2.10,2.12,2.20;P均<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论精神发育迟滞患儿母亲的生活质量较正常对照者差。

Objective To assess the quality of life on mothers of children with mental retardation.Methods GQOLI-74 was used to evaluate the quality of life on mothers of 26 patients with mental retardation and 26 normal children（control group）.Resuts ①The score of GQOLI-74 and general life condition in study group were significantly lower than those of control group（t=2.11,2.17;P〈0.05 or t=2.88,2.94,3.05;P〈0.01）.②There were significant differences in scores of GQOLI-74 and general life condition between mothers with different education level（t=2.08,2.10,2.12,2.20;P〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality of life is lower in study group than in control group
