癌症患者生命质量状况调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation and Analysis on Life Quality and Its Influencing Factors of Cancer Patients

目的调查癌症患者生命质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用EORTC生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30(V3.0)中文版对183名唐山市人民医院肿瘤专科医院癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果①描述统计分析得出,癌症患者总体健康状况为(51.821±1.763);②t检验结果表明,性别对癌症患者的生命质量没有显著影响(t=0.946,P>0.05);方差分析结果表明,文化程度对癌症患者的生命质量中躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、总体健康状况、疲倦、疼痛、气促、失眠、食欲丧失、经济困难等有一定的影响(F=3.822,4.985,4.025,3.348;P<0.05或P<0.01)。主要表现在文化程度越高躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能状况越好,总体健康状况也越佳。结论癌症患者的生命质量有所提升。文化程度是影响癌症患者生命质量的主要因素。

Objective To investigate and analyze life quality and its influencing factors of cancer patients.Methods A total of 183 cancer patients were measured by EORTC QLQ-C30（V3.0）.Results ①Global health status of cancer patients was（51.821±1.763）.②Sex had no significant effect on life quality of cancer patients（t=0.946,P〉0.05）.Educational level had significant effect on physical functioning,role functioning,social functioning,global health status,fatigue,pain,dyspnoea,insomnia,appetite loss,financial difficulties（F=3.822,4.985,4.025,3.348;P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,the higher education level,the better of life quality.Conclusion The life quality of cancer patients is improving,educational level is a main factor to affect life quality of cancer patients.
