高职学生心理健康状况调查研究

Mental Health Of Higher Vocational College Students

目的调查探讨高职学生的心理健康状况。方法本研究以239名高职学生为被试,以SCL-90为测量工具,结合开放式问卷调查法和个别访谈法。结果①高职学生的心理健康水平比全国普通人群低,人际关系、强迫、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、焦虑、精神病性因子分等均高于常模(P<0.001);②男生的心理健康水平高于女生的。其中人际敏感(t=15.061,P<0.001)、抑郁(t=24.931,P<0.001)、焦虑(t=18.700,P<0.001)、恐怖(t=31.784,P<0.001)4个因子上男女学生得分有显著差异;③大二年级学生心理健康水平高于大一、大三年级的,大一、大三年级的心理健康水平之间没有显著差异。结论高职学生的心理健康水平比全国普通人群低,受年级和性别的影响。

Objective To probe into the state of mental health of higher vocational college students.Methods This research which tested 239 higher vocational college students was carried out with SCL-90 together with personal interview.Results ①The mental health level of higher vocational college students was lower than that of general people in our country.The average factor scores of relationship sensitivity,obsession,depression,hostility,phobia,anxiety,psychosis etc.were higher than the norm（P〈0.001）.②The mental health level of schoolboys was higher than that of schoolgirls.There were significant differences of mental health level between schoolboys and schoolgirls in relationship sensitivity（t=15.061,P〈0.001）,depression（t=24.931,P〈0.001）,anxiety（t=18.700,P〈0.001）,phobia（t=31.784,P〈0.001）.③The mental health level of grade 2 college students was higher than those of grade 1 and 3 students,and the levels between students of grade 1 and grade 3 had no significant difference.Conclusion The mental health level of higher vocational college students is lower than general people in our country,and affected by grade and sex.
