医学院校贫困大学生心理问题的Logistic回归分析

The Logistic Regression of the Mental Problems on the Impoverished Undergraduates in Medical Colleges

目的探讨医学院校贫困大学生心理障碍的相关因素,为建设和谐校园、预防贫困生心理障碍的发生提供参考。方法依据学校登记的在校贫困生名单,采用自评症状量表(SCL-90)进行测评,筛选148名心理异常者作为研究组,在其余贫困生中随机选取148名作为对照组,应用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ),自我和谐量表(SCCS)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行测评,将其一般情况和SCSQ、SCCS及EPQ评分作为自变量进行Logistic回归分析。结果研究组和对照组SCSQ(t=5.46,7.38;P<0.01)、SCCS(t=13.59,P<0.01)和EPQ(t=51.44,49.76;P<0.01)的测查结果差异具有统计学意义,年级、消极应对方式、自我和谐程度及神经质被纳入回归方程。结论年级低、应对方式不合理、自我不和谐、人格特质是医学院校贫困大学生出现心理障碍的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the related factors of mental disorders of the impoverished undergraduates in Tianjin Medical University,and offer the evidences and data for constructing the harmonious campus.Methods According to the information of registration,collecting all the registered impoverished undergraduates,using the SCL-90 as a detective tool to get 148students with psychological problem,who were studied as study group;and 148 students were selected by random from the rest of the impoverished as the control group,all the students were assessed by Simple Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ）,Self Consistency and Congruence Scale（SCCS）and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）.The data were input into computer and the SPSS 13.0 was utilized to do statistical test.Results There were significant differences on the scores of SCSQ（t=5.46,7.38;,P〈0.01）,SCCS（t=13.59,P〈0.01）and EPQ（t=51.44,49.76;P〈0.01）,and grade,SCSQ,SCCS and EPQ were selected as the independent variables in the logistic regression equation.Conclusions Low grade,irrational coping strategy,some trait of personality are the risk factors of mental problems for medical impoverished students.
