颅脑肿瘤患者入院后等待手术期间心理状况及护理干预效果研究

Study on effect of brain cancer patients awaiting surgery after admission psychological status and nursing intervention

目的探讨颅脑肿瘤患者入院后等待手术期间的心理状况以及针对其采用护理干预后的临床效果。方法抽取本院脑科2010年2月～2011年12月间收治的颅脑肿瘤患者42例。所有患者经临床诊断均需进行手术治疗,针对其患者在入院后等待手术期间进行心理护理干预措施。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者干预前后情绪情况进行评定,并对其所有患者干预临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者通过护理干预后其心理焦虑、抑郁情况较干预前明显减轻。据两种量表显示干预前后评分比较有显著差异,且(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论正确有效的护理干预措施对于颅脑肿瘤患入院等待手术期间各种不良心理状况有显著缓解的作用。干预能积极有效的调节患者心理,使其积极的面对手术,并获取战胜病痛的信心。故此方法值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the brain tumor patients after admission for operation during the psychological status and nursing intervention in the clinical effect after. Methods From this hospital in 2010 February to 2011 December brain Craniocerebral Tumor Patients： a report of 42 cases. All pa- tients were diagnosed by clinical need for operation treatment, the patients in the hospital admission after waiting for operation during psychological nursing intervention measures. Self--Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） and the Self--rating Depression Scale （ SDS ） before and after the intervention of patients with e- motional situation assessment, and all of its intervention in patients with clinical data were retrospective- ly analyzed. Results All patients by nursing intervention after the psychological anxiety, depression re- duced significantly than those before intervention. According to the two kinds of scale display before and after the intervention had significant differences in score comparison, and （P ~ 0.05） statistically signifi- cant. Conclusions The effective nursing interventions for brain tumor patients during operation are wait- ing to various adverse, psychological status has significant relief effect. Intervention has effective regula- tion of mental patients, the positive face of operation, and obtain defeat illness confidence. This method is worthy of clinical application.
