3-D entity dynamics simulation of marine diesel engine crankshaft

摘要 曲轴是船舶柴油机的重要组成部件,通常对曲轴的研究是在静力学基础上对曲轴的应力等进行分析,有一定的局限性。本文以6E300DC型号的船用柴油机曲轴为例,采用CAXA软件进行三维实体建模,并导入ADAMS中进行仿真研究,通过添加约束、载荷,对曲轴进行动力学仿真计算,其研究结果对柴油机曲轴的动态性能及优化设计有一定的参考价值。 The crankshaft is one of the most important components of marine diesel engine, based on the statics, the analysis of the crank in tradition usually has certain limitation. In this paper, a 3-D model was set up for the crankshaft of 6E300DC diesel engine based on the CAXA software, and then transmitted to ADAMS design environment. After adding restriction and load, ADAMS can carry dynamics simulation and calculation. The research results have a sensefull reference value on dynamic capability and optimize design of marine diesel engine crankshaft.
