摘要
目的:探讨团队精神在急诊护理工作中的重要性.方法:2011年6月起我院急诊观察室在护理工作中,倡导团队精神,采用团队管理模式进行护理管理,比较前后的急诊护理工作和管理质量及护士综合素质.结果:倡导团队精神,实施团队管理模式后,各项护理质量检查如病房管理质量标准、病例书写规范、护理缺陷管理和患者满意度、和护士综合素质均高于实施前(均P<0.05).结论:在急诊护理管理和护理工作中应倡导团队精神,运用团队管理模式,有利于提高护理工作质量及护士的综合素质,增加护理团队的凝聚力,为患者提供优质护理.
Objective:To investigate the effect of teamwork in emergency care management and care practise. Methods:Compare the quality of care and the comprehensive quality of nurses after reforming to before. In June 2011, hospital emergency department encouraged teamwork spirit, then took team management mode to improve nursing care. Result:After implementation of team management mode, all the patient satisfaction, case writ- ing specifications, nursing defect management, quality standards of ward management and the comprehensive quality of nurses (P〈0.05). Conclusion: It is benifit to promote team spirit in the hospital care management, the use of team management mode can help to improve the overall quality of care and the nurse comprehensive quality,to increase the cohesion of the nursing team,in order to provide qualitive and safe caring for patients.
