按摩子宫穴配合心理护理80例产后宫缩痛的效果观察

目的：探讨按摩子宫穴配合心理护理对产后宫缩痛的护理效果.方法：选择80例顺产产妇产后除常规心理护理外再给予按摩子宫穴作为观察组.随机选取80例顺产产妇产后仅给予产后常规心理护理作为对照组,比较观察组产妇按摩子宫穴产后宫缩痛的评分差异：比较观察组与对照组产妇产后48小时后宫缩疼痛缓解的效果.结果：观察组第一次宫缩疼痛评分（2.80±0.93）分,对照组产后第一次宫缩痛评分（2.85±0.94）分.两组产妇疼痛评分无差异,P〉0.05,两组资料有可比性.产后48小时,两组产妇宫缩疼痛比较,观察组CR＋PR占92.5%,对照组占40%,两组比较有显著性差异,P〈0.01.结论：按摩子宫穴配合心理护理对减轻产后宫缩痛有显著效果,是一项安全无副作用,简便易于掌握,产妇及家属乐于接受的操作,值得临床推广及应用.

Objective：To explore the hole in the uterus to massage the harem of pain shrinkage nursing effect, in coordination with psychology care. Methods：80 cases of maternal postpartum choose natural labor in addition to routine psychological care to give the massage acupuncture point observation group as the uterus. 80 cases were randomly selected maternal postpartum only give natural labor postpartum conventional psychological care as control group, compare the observation group mothers womb in massage acupuncture point the harem of pain score shrinkage dlfferences：com- pare the observation group and control group maternal postpartum 48 hours shrinkage of the harem pain relief effect. Result：The observation group first contractions pain score （2.80 ±0.93） points, the control group postpartum first contractions pain score （2.85±0.94） points. Two groups of maternal pain score no difference,P〉0.05 ,the two groups of material are comparable. Postpartum 48 hours,two groups of maternal contractions pain comparison,the observation groupCR＋PR accounted for 92. 5%, and the control group was 40%, with significant differences between the two groups,P〈0.01. Conclusion：Massage uterus with acupuncture point psychological nursing to relieve pain in succedent houses shrinkage has remarka- ble effect,is a safety, no side effect, simple easy to master, the maternal and family members to accept the operation, and clinical popularization and ap- plication.
