基于本体和多Agent的个性化主动服务模型

Personalized Active Service Model Based on Ontology and Multi-Agents

为了突破传统主动服务模型的性能瓶颈,更好地为用户提供满足个性化需求的服务,基于领域本体建立并维护了本体用户个性模型,提出了基于本体和多Agent的个性化主动服务模型,分析了模型的运行过程,详细描述了模型中各部分功能。在详细分析模型运行的关键技术之后,阐明了模型的推与拉协作运行机制,实现了用户感兴趣信息的主动推送和用户个性需求的快速检索。最后,基于模型思想的原型系统的实验结果表明,模型能有效提高服务的性能。

In order to break through performance bottlenecks of traditional active service model,and offer better service to satisfy users＇ personalized service request,firstly,ontological user personalized model was estabilished based on domain ontology,and personalized active service model based on ontology and multi-agents was proposed in this paper.Afterwords,we analysed the running process of the model,deacribed the function of each part in the model in detail.Based on the analysis of the key technologies of model running,we expatiated the collaborative operational mechanism of Push and Pull.In the end,the experimental results of the prototype system based on our model indicate that the service performance can be improved effectively.
