摘要
目的探讨克林霉素致过敏性休克的一般规律。方法检索2000～2011年公开报道克林霉素致过敏性休克一次文献53例,对性别、年龄、药敏史、原患疾病、使用方法 、发生时间、治疗、转归等进行统计学分析。结果与结论严格按照说明书用药,详细询问过敏史,完善抢救流程及设备,是避免严重后果的有效措施。
