摘要 结合鹤岗电厂开展状态维修试验研究工作.介绍利用频谱与轴心迹诊断轴系故障的理论依据,并根据对各轴承振动幅值谱图及轴心轨迹的特征分析.得出对轴承状态预诊断结果,进而解体检查及其处理方案。运行实践表明,实现状态维修能节省成本,减少故障.提高电厂安全经济运行水平。 Combining with the state maintenance testing-research work launched in Hegang Power Plant, this paper introduces the theoretical basis of diagnosing shaft system fault using frequency spectrum and locus of shaft center,and prediagnosis results of bearing states obtained based upon the characteristics analysis of vibration amplitude spectrum and shaft center locus, and thus put forward dismantling-ispection and its handling scheme .Operatio practice showed that the realization of state maintenance could save cost,reduce faults,and improve safe and and economic operation level of power plant.
