摘要
针对１９９９年发生的４０起对电网影响较大的事故，从自然灾害、设备故障。人员责任以及电网结构几方面分析了１９９９年电网故障的特点，提出防渡电网事故的方向和要求。
In.line with the 40 major power system faults happened in 1999,which imposed serious impact to system operation analysis the fault charactesistics considering natural disastens, equipment failures,personnel'e responsibility,network configuration deficiency, etc. and prerents measures and requrements to prevent from such system faults.
