针灸治疗痔疮的临床概况

Clincal Overview of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

探究近10年来针灸治疗痔疮的临床动态,以提高针灸治疗痔疮临床水平。从传统针刺、挑刺治疗、电针、火针、其他疗法如梅花针扣刺、推拿、艾灸等方面进行综述报告,总结2001年至2010年来针灸治疗痔疮的临床进展。临床多以传统针刺治疗为主,特色治疗"挑刺痔点"次之,其它如电针、火针等治法也有涉及,而临床疗效较好的"灸法"运用较少,治疗上"重针轻灸"。临床上除了局部用穴、经验用穴,更应重视经络辨证,以达到更好的临床疗效;除了观察疗效外,从针灸角度去探讨痔疮发病的中医机理,是今后临床值得重视的地方。

In order to improve the level of hemorrhoids clinical treatment,explore the clinical dynamic of acupuncture treatment of hemorrhoids which is used by acupuncture in the past 10 years.According to report on traditional acupuncture,prick treatment,electroacupuncture,fire acupuncture,and others such as tapping with plum-blossom needle,massage and moxibustion,to summarize the clinical progress of hemorrhoids acupuncture treatment from 2001 to 2010.In clinic,traditional acupuncture therapy is used most commonly characteristics treatment-＂pricking hemorrhoids point＂ is followed by,others such as electroacupuncture,fire acupuncture are also involved,but better clinical efficacy treatment even as ＂moxibustion＂ is used less.It tends to be＂acupuncture more,moxibustion less＂ in clinic.In order to achieve better clinical efficacy,stimulating the local point is necessary,but stimulating the point which is chosen according to the ill channel is more important in need.In addition,observing the Chinese medicine mechanism of hemorrhoids in the future from the acupuncture view is worth.
