黄芩属植物的药用价值研究 被引量:21

摘要 黄芩(Lamiaceae)植物种属众多,广泛分布于欧洲、北美和东亚,传统应用多具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒之功效。现有的化学成分研究表明,其中黄酮和二萜为其主要活性成分。近十几年,有大量体内体外药理实验对黄芩属植物单体化合物的活性或提取物组分的药效进行了筛选,黄芩属植物具有广泛的药理作用,如抗肿瘤、抗血管生成、保肝、抗氧化、抗惊厥、抗菌抗病毒等活性,这些数据不仅支持了黄芩属植物的传统临床应用,而且也为从中开发新的药物打下了良好基础。
